With both an intuitive and skilled touch I specialize in integrative massage therapy that combines deep tissue, myofasical release, trigger point therapy, and classic Swedish techniques tailored to your individual needs. A graduate of the highly respected Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City, I bring over 10 years of experience to my practice. I specialize in working with singers, performers and people who use their voice professionally. with a focus on the whole instrument and the patterns of tension that affect it.

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance.

  • I do not but I am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance if you have out of network benefits.

  • Appointments book fast. If you do not see a time available, check back in a few days as people move/cancel last minute in the winter months. You may also reach out to me through email to get on a waitlist for last minute cancelations.

  • I currently accept Venmo, Zelle and Cash.
